Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Deep knowledge and experience in Service Now ITSM, ITOM modules
- Experience in developing workflows, customizing forms in Service Now
- Experience in Service Now VA and Now Assist
- Experience in integrating Service Now with monitoring, AI Ops and automation tools (Pager Duty, Ansible)
- Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations
- Understanding of monitoring and AI Ops tools
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of Service Now automation workflows in ITSM, ITOM modules
- Lead the discussion with application and infra stakeholders, conduct workshops to understand and finalize the requirements
- Design and solution integration of Service Now with IT Ops, monitoring and automation tools
- Planning and implementation of new features in Service Now (Service Now VA, Now Assist)
- Lead and guide offshore/onshore teams to track and implement the solution as per the expectations
