• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Service Now toolset and integrations with related systems.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the Service Now ITSM platform (help desk/service management).
• Support clients in Service Now operations such as user/group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, and related functionalities.
• Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems.
• Provide technical assessments, written documentation, and technical expertise.
• Be available to travel and work remotely to support issues impacting Service Now or its related systems within the client’s enterprise.
• Support and enhance reporting solutions both within Service Now and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's strategic goals.
• Communicate with the customer in technical and non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
• Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.
• Provide quality and consistent service to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years Service Now development experience (including Core ITSM applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Apps).
• Ability to travel throughout the US as needed.
• ITILv3 Foundations certification.
• Experience implementing scripted web services in Service Now.
• Proficiency with jQuery or Prototype libraries.
• Strong Java skills.
• Experience with CMDB/Asset integrations in Service Now.
• Familiarity with SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP.
• Experience following Agile Scrum development practices.
