Data Modeler Engineer (Snowflake)

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated Data Modeler with Snowflake to design and implement enterprise‑grade data models (logical & physical), define standards, support Snowflake architecture, and optimize data structures for performance and scalability.

• Experience 6 to 10 years as a Data Modeler with Snowflake
• Experience working on Development Projects with Snowflake
• Experience with Data Storing, Retrieval, and Handling
• Experience retrieving data from tables and migrating data to another source
• Experience with SQL

• The client specifically seeks candidates with 6‑10 years of experience and strong hands‑on experience.
• Design and implement enterprise‑grade data models (logical & physical), define standards, support Snowflake architecture, and optimize data structures for performance and scalability.
• Conduct impact analysis and ensure model alignment with business needs.
• Engineer scalable ER models (Conceptual, Logical, Physical) for enterprise‑grade data platforms.
• Design high‑performance Data Warehouse schemas (Star & Snowflake) for analytics optimization.
• Specialize in Dimensional Modeling (Kimball) and Data Vault 2.0 architecture.
• Develop optimized Fact & Dimension tables to support large‑scale reporting and BI workloads.
• Leverage Snowflake expertise for data modeling, clustering, and performance tuning.
• Utilize advanced SQL for complex transformations, validations, and query optimization.
• Partner with ETL teams to architect efficient, scalable data pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, quality, and robust metadata management.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future‑ready data models.

Pay Range Minimum: 100,000k

Pay Range Maximum: 148,000k

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
