Location:

Hybrid — 3 days onsite required (Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA)

Duration: 12 months, contract-to-hire

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support agile Scrum teams in a fast-paced, sprint-driven environment (2–3 week sprints). This role centers on automation testing (~80%) with a meaningful API testing component (~20%), and requires a strong focus on accessibility and compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on tester who combines automation depth with backend awareness and a solid understanding of accessibility standards.

• Design, build, and maintain automation testing frameworks for both API and UI layers
• Execute API testing across REST and SOAP services, including manual validation in Postman
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing
• Perform accessibility testing to ensure ADA compliance and adherence to WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A & AA) standards
• Collaborate within Scrum teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Apply backend knowledge to troubleshoot and validate end-to-end functionality

• 5+ years with automation testing frameworks for APIs and UI; strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs (REST/SOAP), and web technologies
• 3+ years of C# and .NET experience (LINQ, Generics, .NET
  6)
• 3+ years writing complex T-SQL queries
• 3+ years of QA experience with a focus on accessibility testing
• Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A & AA) standards
• Proficiency with Postman for manual API testing

• Thorough understanding of API testing methodology and basic backend knowledge
• Experience working in 2–3 week agile sprint cycles
