Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with process and continuous improvement.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and scripting using SQL or similar technologies.
- Experience managing software integration programs related to network device development or deployment.
- Collaborate with partners to streamline how deployment processes are built, maintained, and transformed over time, including conducting technical process definition and analysis sessions with business subject matter experts.
- Maintain a relationship with reporting and analytics for performance metrics.
- Plan how and where the new tooling should be applied in existing workflows and work through the business reasoning.
- Communicate health, status, and actions to stakeholders including management and partner organizations.
- Identify and assess continuous improvement opportunities via qualitative feedback from subject matter experts (SMEs) and process data to drive informed decision making.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in vendor management in the telecommunications/network industry.
- Experience with network planning and engineering.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across different functions and geographies to manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As the Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate and bring together team members who are building the technological knowledge necessary to assess readiness through a series of communications, reviews, and retrospectives. This information enables other teams to prepare for delivery of capacity using new and existing technologies.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $163,000 - $237,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
