- 5+ years of Brocade hands‑on experience
- Experience supporting Brocade Network Switches/Routers platform including:
- MLX 8000
- ICX Series
- FCX Series4
- FESX series
- Experience with Brocade Network Management tool
- Experience troubleshooting network issues
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- OSPF routing
- 2+ years experience performing hands on technical working in IT or related field
