Job Description:
Required skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or large-scale data platform design
Deep expertise in:
Data architecture patterns (lakehouse, data warehouse)
Data modeling methodologies (dimensional, Data Vault, domain-driven design)
Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, Redshift)
Strong experience designing Mar Tech ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, CDPs, etc.)
Expertise in designing large-scale data integration and pipeline architectures
Strong understanding of marketing data concepts (customer identity, attribution, segmentation, personalization)
Nice to have skills:
Architecture experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
Knowledge of real-time and streaming architectures (Kafka, event-driven systems)
Experience with orchestration and transformation tools (Airflow, dbt, Matillion, etc.)
Familiarity with API-first integration patterns and microservices-based architectures
Experience with data privacy, consent, and identity resolution frameworks
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF)
A Solution Architect with expertise in Data Platforms specializes in designing end-to-end Big Data Solutions across various platforms, with extensive experience in managing large data repositories (terabyte scale or larger). They have a deep understanding of industry standards, best practices, and the HADOOP Framework, Ecosystem, Map Reduce, and Data on Containers (data in Open Shift). This professional creates data solutions tailored to clients, leveraging Cloud and traditional data platform offerings, and oversees the architecture for data platform & cognitive components, including unstructured data technologies, annotation, and related data and analytics.
They are experienced with Cloud native platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google,
*** Cloud, or Cloud Native data platforms like Snowflake.
