Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies on VMware Workspace One (Air Watch)
• Serve as a software, hardware, and OS specialist to deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices using VMware Workspace One (Air Watch)
• Troubleshoot, monitor and diagnose problems with mobile device hardware and software for Android and iOS
• Document and organize operating procedures for mobile device configurations, technical support, processes, and procedures as needed

Skills:

Qualifications:

The Workspace One Engineer requires at least 3 + years of experience with VMware Workspace One (AIrWath). Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Android Enterprise, Mac and iOS using Workspace One. Experience managing Windows is a plus. The Sr. Engineer will focus on the administration of VMware Workspace (Air Watch) for mobile devices. Driving device patching compliance, software deployment and management the platform will be key day-to-day activities.

Customer service skills are essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
