O365 Engineer
The O365 Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Support a global multi-business unit rollout of Office 365.
- Administration and maintenance of Office 365 services.
- Administration of Exchange
- Troubleshoot and manage Tier 3 calls/tickets escalated from the Help Desk.
- Plan and coordinate updates, outages, maintenance windows, and any other activities that could impact the availability of services.
- Email protection technologies such as Exchange Online Protection and/or Proofpoint.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
