We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Manager to lead testing strategy and execution for a large-scale compliance system implementation. This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and a third-party vendor to ensure a successful, on-time rollout of a mission-critical application.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced effort requiring a strong mix of test strategy, hands-on execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Test Strategy & Planning
Develop overall test strategy document
Define testing types, environments, entry/exit criteria
Create test schedule aligned to project timeline
Test Case Development
Write test cases/scripts
Cover: functional, integration, regression, negative/edge case, security, data validation
Test Environment Coordination
Work with Air Badge and Delta teams to confirm test environments ready
Coordinate test data (sample SSNs, PPRs, candidate records, SAP files)
Validate scanner connectivity at pilot station
Test Execution
Execute SIT (System Integration Testing)
Execute E2E (End-to-End)
Execute UAT support - assist business users during acceptance testing
Execute regression after each vendor release/fix
Defect Management
Log, track, and prioritize defects
Coordinate with Air Badge for resolution
Re-test and validate fixes
Provide defect metrics and burn-down reporting
Data Validation & Reconciliation
Validate identity matching SAP, IDH, Avature
Confirm holistic identity resolution (single person across all sources)
Verify no duplicates, no mismatched SSN/PPR
Cutover Testing
Participate in cutover
Validate rollback procedure works
Reporting
Weekly test status reports
Go/No-Go readiness assessment
Training Material Development
Develop user training materials for each portal/workflow:
FP Application (candidate-facing)
FP Tech Portal (technician-facing)
CHRC Adjudication Dashboard (CHRC team)
RB Enrollment Dashboard (Emily's team)
Additionally, this individual will work with the vendor to build on existing training material, but they'll work with Delta stakeholders to customize and add business context.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in QA/testing for enterprise systems
Proven experience owning test strategy and end-to-end QA delivery
Strong experience with:
UAT coordination
Integration-heavy environments
Data validation and reconciliation
Ability to operate in a complex, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with third-party vendors and distributed teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or compliance-related projects
Familiarity with HR systems, identity systems, or access management workflows
Regulated environments (e.g., TSA, aviation, or similar)
Strong communication skills
Ability to:
De-escalate conflicts
Navigate multiple stakeholders, including the vendor involved
Adapt to structured enterprise processes

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
