Sr. Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will leverage your extensive experience to lead the development and management of our digital channels, ensuring they deliver a seamless and unified experience alongside our app, kiosk, and CRM. While your primary focus will be the Mobile App, you will also support initiatives across other digital platforms, embracing a strategic omnichannel approach that benefits our guests, Franchisees and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

You will drive innovation by collaborating closely with marketing teams to shape our digital technology strategy.

In this role, you will own organizational growth initiatives and develop roadmaps designed to attract, engage, and retain guests. Success in this position requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale, transformative digital and web projects. In addition, you must demonstrate driving consistent sales growth year over year.

• Drive growth in sales, average check size, and transaction volume by creating strategic product roadmaps
• Develop and implement mobile app growth strategies that increase downloads, engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Drive mobile app performance by leveraging product analytics, guest insights, experimentation, and feature optimization to grow sales.
• Partner closely with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to understand their needs, align technology solutions, and develop roadmaps
• Own execution of near‑term roadmap with a sense of urgency; including backlog prioritization, design, requirements, and ROI
• Leverage your deep understanding of marketing technology and e‑commerce providing thought leadership and strategic guidance
• Identify emerging trends, assess market dynamics, and recommend innovative technologies
• Understands how upcoming features should be coordinated across multiple work‑streams to create a cohesive end‑to‑end guest experience by aligning roadmaps and delivery
• Proactively pursue guests feedback via voice of customer, usability tests, a/b tests, product analytics and guest replays to inform roadmaps and feature sets
• Leverage various technology platforms to monitor and report on channel performance, identifying insights to inform future roadmap items

• 5+ years of product management in e-commerce and marketing technology driving strong and year over year sales growth in a business to consumer environment
• Demonstrated history of using data to drive product strategy and roadmaps
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast‑paced, resource lean environment
• Effective communication skills with experience articulating a direction confidently and credibly to gain consensus across multiple business units (Marketing, Engineering, Operations)
• Must be a self‑starter, analytical, organized, growth minded, customer focused and independent problem solver with an attention to detail
• Experience with digital product development tools (Jira, Confluence,  & other agile products)
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience with the following platforms:
  • Customer Data Platform
  • CRM
  • Product Analytics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or a related field required.

• QSR or fast casual restaurant experience a plus.
