Key Requirements and Technology
Experience:
- Experience as an Agile Coach or working in a similar role in a lean or scrum environment
- Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Lean-Agile methods and practices
- Ability to influence change at the leadership level to the team level and to form productive relationships quickly.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
