Service Now Engineer
The Service Now Engineer will be responsible for the Service Now Service Catalog, Service Portal and IAM integrations & applications in Enterprise Functions. The expectation is that this individual will have opportunities to own additional applications, products, and processes in the future. Candidate must be able to manage concurrent initiatives and promote solutions to transform Enterprise Functions. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have technical knowledge, possess persuasive communication skills, and be a value-focused thinker.
Responsibilities:- Conduct requirements and design workshops with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of end-to-end business processes and requirements
- Perform problem and value statement, solution design documentation and process management
- Develop clear and concise methodology documents, workflow analysis, and data flow diagramming
- Follow current and accurate SDLC protocols, including documentation of the solution, current and future state design documents, use cases, test cases.
