About the Role
Temporary Technical Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of complex cross-functional Fin Tech initiatives, reporting to the Chief of Staff from July–September 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation; identify risks and mitigations.
- Drive process improvements and foster innovation and customer-centricity.
- Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 5+ years Technical Program Management experience, preferably in Fin Tech.
- Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional projects in startup environments.
- Strong knowledge of PDLC/SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google product suite and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Bachelor's degree.
