Manager, Cloud Infrastructure - Neighborly Software

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain highly available, secure cloud environments on AWS and Azure, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Lead automation initiatives using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define performance, cost, and security metrics, and implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Mentor and grow a high‑performing Dev Ops team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Drive incident response and post‑mortem processes, translating lessons learned into infrastructure hardening and process enhancements.

• 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale, with deep expertise in AWS and Azure.
• Proven track record with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical domains.
• Experience leading and mentoring a Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering team.
