Digital Solutions Lead, Patient Services; Immunology

Digital Solutions Lead, Patient Services (Immunology) – a hybrid role located in UCB offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Raleigh, North Carolina, or Boston, Massachusetts. Requires approximately 40% on-site presence and 20% domestic and international travel.

• Define and execute a multi-year digital enablement roadmap for patient services
• Lead implementation and optimization of digital platforms supporting patient and provider journeys
• Improve patient onboarding, engagement, adherence, and persistence through digital solutions
• Establish performance indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights for decision‑making
• Standardize end‑to‑end patient and provider service journeys across markets
• Ensure regulatory, privacy, and data governance compliance across all digital initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
• Ten or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or digital health environments
• Five or more years of experience in patient support or patient services operations
• Proven leadership of end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives
• Strong project management, stakeholder influence, and vendor partnership experience
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights with executive presence

Hybrid role with approx. 40% on‑site presence. 20% domestic and international travel. Offices in Atlanta, GA;
Raleigh, NC; or Boston, MA.

The expected salary range is $,300 per year.
