Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Learning Designer II
.

Position type: Full time - Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Atlanta, GA

As a Learning Designer II
, you will:

• Responsible for providing LMS administration, technical support, and reporting oversight for corporate compliance training programs, ensuring accurate deployment, tracking, and audit readiness while supporting broader GLLD technical needs.
• Administer corporate compliance training programs in the LMS, ensuring timely delivery and accurate learner tracking.
• Partner with the Strategy, Planning, and Innovation team to research, diagnose, and resolve compliance‑related LMS issues.
• Support compliance reporting for audits, regulatory reviews, and leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with course owners to support technical requirements and course publishing processes.
• Perform LMS troubleshooting and minor configuration adjustments to maintain system accuracy and performance.
• Provide additional LMS and technical support to GLLD programs as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience supporting learning management systems and compliance‑focused training environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
• Stakeholder Management, Project Management, LMS Administration.

Pay Range*: $35–$39 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
