Job DescriptionConsultant with strong Site Minder skills (Deployment, Implementation and support knowledge), Radiant Logic Virtual Directory knowledge is preferred. 5+ years of experience in deployment & implementation of Access Management using Site Minder r12.5 or later for large scale customers across various industry verticals.
ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5+ years of information technologies (IT) experience in Access Management, Single Sign-on and federations technologies.
- Should have hands-on experience in configuring integration of Single Sign-On, federation with CA Site Minder.
- Should have knowledge of LDAP & virtual directories (Knowledge/ experience on Radian tone virtual directory will be big advantage).
- Sound knowledge related to CA Site Minder for SAML Federation.
- Should have good experience around installation of access management product, experience in configuring Authentication, Authorization. Troubleshooting issues related to SSO, authentication and authorization for achieving SSO and LDAP issues.
- Create, manage and administer Agents, Authentication Schemes, user directories, Agent configuration objects, Host Configuration objects, logs and cache management.
- Knowledge of Support SLA, incident management, problem management wrt Support/ITIL framework.
- Site Minder support Incident Management issues resolution Involvement in Site Minder related projects Client interaction Offshore/Onshore coordination
