* Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a     
** Manager, Product Design
** for     
** NCAA / March Madness Live (MML)
** within the     
** Sports and Entertainment
** organization. NCAA Digital serves passionate college sports fans through cross-platform experiences spanning the broader NCAA ecosystem, including , the NCAA app, and March Madness Live. These products support fans across a wide range of collegiate sports, while also playing a critical role in one of the most iconic and high-intensity moments in sports: the NCAA Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments.

Reporting to the VP of Product Design, this role will manage and mentor a team of Product Designers while helping shape cohesive, fan-centered experiences across the NCAA / March Madness Live ecosystem. This role requires deep knowledge of sports, strong familiarity with digital sports products, and a clear understanding of sports audience behaviors, fandom, and live-event consumption patterns.

The ideal candidate also brings familiarity with the NCAA landscape   -   including college sports fandom, school and conference loyalty, tournament behaviors, bracket culture, and the urgency and emotion that define March Madness   -   and can translate that understanding into product experiences that resonate with fans.
