DECAL System Engineer - Intune AD Administrator

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Intune AD Admin role. The position is a Full‑time Contract
, expected to last 9+ months, and will be based onsite in Atlanta, GA.

• Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues.
• Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents regarding endpoint devices, including mobile devices and laptops.
• Develop methodologies and escalation processes to ensure proper escalation and information flow within the organization.
• Administer Azure and the Azure Admin portal.
• Train, coach, and mentor support staff; create and publish training materials, including video documentation.
• Interact with internal and external customers.

• Experience with Service Now ticketing system.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system.
• Experience supporting Microsoft M365, including Copilot/Teams administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Strong hands‑on experience with hardware and software infrastructure tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012‑2019, Azure, and Teams.
• Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes.

Salary Range: $40 to $45 per hour (competitive based on experience, education, location, and certifications).
