Job Description:
Provide break‑fix support for in‑scope middleware Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) software within published SLAs. Coordinate with various teams for troubleshooting, issue resolution and escalations related to applicable applications, database, platforms and infrastructure. Install and configure new middleware software in alignment with client growth and technology modernization plans. Perform software upgrades due to hardware, software, or firmware updates.

Above 9+ years.
Education / Certifications (Required): BE.
