IAM Engineer

This role will be responsible for executing the end-to-end IAM assessment across cloud, on-prem, and third-party identity platforms. The focus is on technical evaluation, control analysis, maturity assessment, and risk identification, ensuring IAM capabilities align with security best practices, regulatory expectations, and business needs.

• 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Entra  (Azure AD), AWS IAM, Active Directory (ADUC), Cyber Ark PAM, PingID, and SailPoint (IIQ or ISC)
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Experience with digital platforms such as AWS Mobile Hub & AWS Mobile Services, SailPoint, Cyber Ark, and Azure Data Factory
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and role modeling
• Familiarity with industry standards such as Zero Trust, least privilege, and NIST/ISO concepts

• Conduct detailed technical assessments across Azure Entra , AWS IAM, On-Prem Active Directory, Cyber Ark, PingID, and Sail Point
• Evaluate current IAM architecture against industry standards
• Identify control gaps, design weaknesses, and security risks
• Assess identity lifecycle processes and review access request, approval, provisioning, recertification, and de-provisioning processes
• Document IAM risks with clear impact and likelihood and provide actionable remediation recommendations
