Technical Automation Expert (with Project Management)

Location – Atlanta, GA

• Looking for Test Lead at onsite US to handle Projects.
• Should have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience.
• Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in extended hours if required.
• Close coordination with project teams to plan schedule testing activities
• Define appropriate test methodologies and approach for projects where testing is in scope
• Create test plans and estimations based on the application requirements, timelines
• Requirement gathering for architecture of the application under test, test environment and test data
• Strong Testing Exp with Automation (candidate must have exp in Test methodology, Defect Mgt, Estimation, Test Strategy, Automation strategy, etc)
• Integrate regression Test Scenarios (automated) to the build and deploy process using Jenkins
• Strong exp in middleware, SOAP UI as a tool with Continuous Integration (CI), Jenkins
• Prior experience in handling ETL projects including estimation, test planning, test strategy
• Hands on experience in automating complex legacy applications including ERP-JDE on AS400
• Hands on experience in automating Angular JS applications
• Hands on experience in automation using Selenium Webdriver/Protractor
• Experience in using test management tool like Client ALM, JiRA etc.
• Experience establishing and running an automated test practice
• Familiar with modern Agile testing practices
• Worked in a Continuous Deployment environment with automation playing a central part to delivery
• Familiar with Continuous Integration and build automation tools and practices
• Experience testing mobile in an automated fashion

• Close coordination with Onsite and Offshore project teams to plan schedule testing activities

• Create test plans and estimations based on the application requirements, timelines
• Adherence to Project Management Processes like Project Management Plan, Project Schedule, Risk Management, Issue Management, Stakeholder Management
• Adherence to OCM (Organizational Change Management), Communication Planning, Requirement Analysis, High level and detailed level design
• Experienced in preparing metrics & presenting as a part of scheduled activities to senior management
• Certificate course in Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) or
• Certificate course in Agile Project Management (PMI-ACP) and/or
• Certificate course in Microsoft Project Plan 2013

• Exp with Automation (candidate must have exp in Test methodology, Defect Mgt, Estimation, Test Strategy, Automation strategy, middleware, SOAP UI as a tool with Continuous Integration (CI), Jenkins, automating complex legacy applications including ERP-JDE on AS400, Angular JS applications.
