In addition to the requirements below, the candidate should understand and talk Financial Systems and have experience with / can talk Financial Systems modules like AR, GL, etc. Oracle experience is a plus.

Oversight, direction and coordination of testing process and effectiveness

Develop test templates

Leading the testing team to successfully test the product

Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/ delivery

Planning and managing the testing effort

Prepare / update test metrics dashboard

Ensure timely delivery of different testing milestones

Ensure compliance with testing audit controls

Suggest and implement testing process improvements

Ensure testing documents / artifacts are complete, comprehensive, documented and maintained

Ownership / Track / report on testing activities like test results, defects discovered and status

Review / Approve Test Results

Objective of the Test Coordinator is leading test team efforts, leading a team of Testers who compose test plans, tests cases, build scripts and execute tests in accordance with project guidelines. He/she creates reports, matrixes for the releases. Participates in requirement assessments. Ensure milestones and deliverables are met. He/she drives the QA strategy for the business. He/she is responsible for providing expert system support for complex system problems/issues and handling projects that are complex in nature or projects supporting corporate initiatives and impacting other areas (interfaces/sub-systems).

The Test Coordinator role is to support the department’s systems and their interfaces, and the staff by recommending and implementing testing process enhancements that promote efficiency, compliance, and growth.

Required Skills:

Testing experience and financial systems Project is implementating a new ERP system Oracle ERP is a huge plus Coordinate testing products, metrics, tracking testing activities Check for autits and ensuring all is correct Work close with IT and business--good communication Agile experience Jira is a plus Almost all manual testing. Automation is a plus Data validation/SQL? plus Top 3: experience as test LEAD (not tester), understand financial systems, ERP or Oracle experience.
