Provide day‑to‑day maintenance and end‑user support of SAP. Lead functional design and development of enhancements and bug fixes in SAP. Adhere to IT strategies, departmental goals, and objectives to meet business needs. Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners and key users. Key areas for support include Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, payment interfaces, end‑user troubleshooting, and integration tools. Strong organization and communication skills required.

Position requires expertise in SAP FICO, MM, and related SAP products, and a working understanding of ABAP. Experience managing small to medium projects, testing, and delivery is required.

• Execute maintenance, enhancement, and release activities; coordinate and direct contract workforce for these tasks. Have an excellent understanding of SAP FI, CO, and MM.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to gather and document business requirements, design solutions, develop, execute testing, and plan releases.
• Resolve end‑user queries and tickets; address system issues by performing root‑cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Receive and document enhancement requests.
• Manage small to medium projects as assigned. Develop plans and time estimates, track progress, communicate status, and elevate issues and risks on a timely basis.
• Build working relationships with business partners in accounting, finance, and controlling.

• Day‑to‑day maintenance and production support activity.
• Research process improvements for IT operations and business processes; identify solutions and present them to stakeholders.
• Engage in personal development: discuss interests or improvement areas with managers and execute plans to advance skills or career development.

• Minimum level of education:
  Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree.
• Field of study:
  Accounting;
  Computer/Information Science;
  Information Technology;
  Business Administration.
• SAP and related product knowledge.
• Professional experience: at least five (5+) years in accounting (2‑4 years, proficient), administration (1‑2 years, general), business (3‑5 years, proficient), communications (2‑4 years, proficient), compliance (2‑4 years, proficient), customer service (2‑4 years, proficient), finance (2‑4 years, general), information technology (5+ years, comprehensive), purchasing (0‑1 year, general), vendor management (2‑4 years, general), SAP knowledge (3‑5 years, comprehensive), SAP add‑ons (1‑2 years, proficient), infrastructure (1‑2 years, general).

Hybrid work model required: 4 days on‑site and 1 day remote weekly.
