• Lead finance systems initiatives, including software implementations, process improvements, and technology enhancements that support accounting and finance operations.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize financial processes, and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage, develop, and mentor 1 employee while providing training and ongoing support for financial systems and end users.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating business processes, overseeing system testing, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field with 7+ years of progressive accounting, finance systems, or ERP implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading financial systems projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives; SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and analytical skills
