RoleAs an Associate IT Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering first‑ and second‑line support to employees, ensuring users have the tools, systems, and technology they need to work effectively. You'll support a range of technologies including Microsoft 365 applications, workplace collaboration tools, hardware, and internal business systems, while contributing to a positive user experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first‑ and second‑line IT support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Support users across Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Copilot.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and repair laptops, desktops, and associated hardware.
- Set up workstations for office‑based and remote employees.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, device provisioning, and access management.
- Maintain meeting room technology, conferencing tools, and AV equipment.
- Manage hardware inventories and ensure devices are available when required.
- Install, update, and maintain software and hardware across the business.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and third‑party technology partners to deliver excellent support.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to build a career in IT.
- 1+ year previous IT Support experience.
- Experience supporting computer hardware, software installations, and user devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
