- Deliver executive‑ready KPI and operational reporting to support visibility, prioritization, and risk management.
- Convert manual and semi‑manual finance and tax processes into automated, auditable workflows.

- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for analytics, reporting, and data connectivity platforms, including user enablement and production troubleshooting.
- Develop, document, and maintain standardized procedures for tooling configuration, access, and connectivity.
- Provide consultative guidance to finance and non‑finance partners on automation opportunities, feasibility, and solution design.
- Partner with finance, tax, technology, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.
- Lead working sessions and forums to remove delivery blockers, align priorities, and accelerate execution.
- Proactively identify risks, capacity constraints, and optimization opportunities across concurrent initiatives.
- Act as a primary onboarding and training resource for new associates and contractors.
- Mentor peers on analytics tools, SQL development, automation platforms, and operational best practices.
- Promote a learning culture by documenting solutions, patterns, and procedures to ensure institutional knowledge retention.

- Ability to operate effectively despite incomplete or evolving data documentation.
- Deep understanding of finance and tax operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, automated solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proven ownership of outcomes across ambiguous and high‑complexity initiatives.
- Self‑directed problem solver with a track record of independently identifying gaps and delivering solutions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent work streams while maintaining delivery quality and operational controls.
- Commitment to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
- Experience supporting enterprise finance or tax systems and large‑scale data or reporting migrations.
- Exposure to workflow governance, ticketing systems, and KPI‑driven delivery models.
