Role Overview
This role supports IT Operations Management (ITOM) by designing and delivering automation and integration solutions across physical datacenter infrastructure, private cloud, and public cloud environments.
What You Will DoDesign and deliver automation and integration solutions, build and maintain APIs and data pipelines, support and automate operations across physical datacenter infrastructure and virtualized/cloud environments.
Why It Might Be a FitExperience with IT operations platforms, hybrid or multi‑tier infrastructure environments, Power Shell, Python, and AI tooling is preferred. Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and API design is required.
Requirements- Experience with IT operations platforms (Service Now or equivalent)
- Experience with hybrid or multi‑tier infrastructure environments (physical datacenter + cloud)
- Proficiency in Power Shell and/or Python for automation and systems integration
- Experience across hybrid infrastructure platforms:
Azure, AWS, private cloud (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox, Open Stack), and physical datacenter operations (Dell hardware, rack/stack, lifecycle management) - Experience with endpoint management, agent‑based data collection, fleet management tooling, and IT governance practices
- Strong understanding of data modeling and SQL (MySQL or equivalent), with proficiency in API design and consumption (REST/JSON)
