• Lead on-site effort to deliver services for litigation scanning, trial exhibit printing, load file creation and other litigation support services as requested.
• Interface with firm paralegals, litigation support team, and attorneys to communicate the best ways to support their needs.
• Work with Opensity Solutions Technology leaders to determine standards for the client and implement new technology at the site.
• Establish and maintain suitable workflow and train other Service Specialists in the use of technology for document requests.
• Capture of images and data to client specified formats.
• Setup and conversion for print project.
• Conversion of Image Formats (PDF, TIFF & JPEG).
• QC of imaging and print products.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all client deliverables.
• Effectively communicate project status.
• Train staff and co-workers on technology and projects.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Law firm experience, scanning software, familiarity with manipulating PDF and TIFF files.
• Hardware familiarity (Multifunctional Printers, Scanners and troubleshooting skills).
• Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional for the manipulation of PDF files.
• Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting.
• Ability to learn skills quickly with attention to detail.
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.

(9:30am - 6:30pm)

Up to $19.00 USD per hour, may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
