Technical Lead- SAP MDG

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP MDG Technical, SAP MDG Advanced ABAP, and MDM Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects, ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, with no travel required.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the development and customization of SAP MDG Advanced ABAP programs. Provide technical expertise in MDM Architecture to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP MDG solutions. Ensure the quality and performance of SAP MDG applications through rigorous testing.
  
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP MDG and MDM Architecture. Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP MDG and ABAP development. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends. Participate in project planning and provide technical input for project timelines and deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  
  Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP MDG processes and methodologies.

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $150,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
