What this Job Entails

The Project Coordinator II will plan and coordinate aspects of internal projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and similar initiatives. Scope:
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues. This position requires some instruction on new assignments and infrequent checks on daily work.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
  • Provide weekly project updates, including action item updates.
  • Provide data analysis, reporting, and data insights.
  • Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate status to the project team.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
  • Assist with identifying project issues, determining the right team member to provide a solution, and/or escalating the issue to the client manager.
  • Take part in organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Collaborate with various regional teams responsible for project resources and ticket resolution.
  • Assist with daily monitoring of the ticketing system, reassigning tickets where required.
  • Produce regular reports as required.
  • Assist with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalates to management for resolution.
  • Assist with locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up-to-date with new processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with SDMs/Project Managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including assisting with identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Other duties as required.
Required Qualifications / Skills
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school and 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Build productive internal and external working relationships.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Flexibility is essential – role requires both office and remote commitments and occasional adjustments to work hours to accommodate regional colleagues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems.
  • Understanding of or previous experience in a technology‑driven environment.
  • Proactive attitude and dependable.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both within a team and independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Use good judgment and possess problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.
Physical Demand & Work Environment

Must have the ability to perform office‑related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing, move from place to place within an office environment, use a computer, and communicate effectively. Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Salary Range

$44,232.00 – $69,840.00 USD (Salary). Payment is gross only; it does not include other forms of compensation such as performance‑based bonuses, benefits‑related payments, or other general incentives. The range reflects minimum and maximum pay rates for this position, and placement within that range will depend on objective, documented work‑related considerations.
