Responsibilities:

Define the vision and performance standards for the enterprise's primary website and digital front door.

Lead a dynamic, high-visibility digital roadmap and optimization strategy to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Govern enterprise email and SMS channels to ensure highly personalized, cohesive user experiences.

Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate funnel performance and continuous conversion improvements.

Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of digital, marketing, and analytics specialists.

Qualifications:

8+ years of progressive digital/customer experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity defining digital strategy.

Deep expertise in customer journey optimization across web, email, and SMS using enterprise automation platforms.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable, insight-driven decisions.

Proven experience guiding marketing technology ecosystems and applying AI use cases responsibly.

Bonus Points:

MBA or advanced degree, and specific expertise with enterprise automation platforms. Opportunity
