You Are:

• A highly skilled Quality Engineering Lead with strong expertise in manual and automation testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• You possess deep experience in Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST API testing with strong Agile delivery exposure.
• You are proactive in driving quality, mentoring teams, and leveraging AI-driven testing solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The Opportunity:

• Design, develop, and own end-to-end manual and automated testing for assigned releases
• Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java), Playwright (Typescript), Appium, and REST API frameworks
• Lead and coordinate testing activities for modules, ensuring quality gates and exit criteria are met
• Drive in-sprint Agile testing; actively participate in planning, estimation, and risk discussions
• Validate user stories early within sprint cycles to ensure defect prevention and early detection
• Define and optimize functional, regression, and E2E execution strategies using shared frameworks and cloud platforms
• Leverage AI-assisted testing solutions for test generation, smart test selection, and failure insights
• Mentor junior engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards and continuous improvement

What You Need:

• At least 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium / Playwright / REST API automation
• 3 5 years experience in E2E digital flow testing across Mobile, Web, and APIs
• Strong programming skills in Java / C# / Python / Typescript (2 4 years hands-on)
• Experience with Appium for mobile automation (2 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of customer journey flows, middleware, and backend integrations
• Experience in SQL for transaction validation and data verification (2 3 years)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git Lab), Test Grid / Tosca automation
• Strong experience with test management tools: JIRA, qTest
• Expertise in manual testing (2 4 years)
• Strong understanding of validation flows (authentication, payments, order lifecycle)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to AI-driven testing frameworks and self-healing automation concepts
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and distributed test execution
• Prior experience in mentoring and leading QE teams
