Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst The Opportunity
You will act as the bridge between business and technology, driving improvements across Epicor Kinetic while supporting a large scale transformation initiative.
This is not just support. It is about enhancing, optimizing, and evolving how the business operates through Epicor.
What You Will Be Doing- Partner with business leaders across operations, finance, and supply chain to gather and translate requirements
- Configure, enhance, and optimize Epicor Kinetic to support business processes
- Lead workshops, drive process improvements, and challenge the status quo
- Support ongoing transformation initiatives, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and ensure strong user adoption
- Deliver training, documentation, and best practices across the user base
- Work closely with IT, developers, and third parties to deliver scalable solutions
- Manufacturing and Production
- Supply Chain and Procurement
- Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Order to Cash and Order Management
- Finance including GL, AP, AR, Costing
- Planning, Scheduling, and MRP
- Epicor Kinetic Cloud
- BAQs Business Activity Queries
- BPMs Business Process Management
- Dashboards, reporting, and data analysis
- Integrations and customizations
- System configuration, testing, and deployment
- Proven Epicor Kinetic experience
- Strong Business Analyst skillset with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in manufacturing or complex operational environments
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions
- Hands on, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Be part of a major digital transformation program
- Work with a market leading organization on a long term roadmap
- High visibility role with real impact across the business
