DMI, LLC is seeking a MS 365 Administrator (SME) to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Planner, and other collaborative tools.
- Provide site collection administration for MS SharePoint and MS Teams, managing configurations, permissions, and security compliance.
- Ensure 99.9% availability for on‑premise and Azure‑hosted Microsoft 365 services.
- Act as a liaison to Government management, coordinating with Teams and SharePoint Services Team management on operational updates and issues.
- Analyze and optimize Microsoft 365 application performance, ensuring seamless integration within CDC’s infrastructure.
- Provide expert support for escalated incidents, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, updates, and best practices to ensure operational continuity and improvement.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.
- 8-10 years of experience.

Minimum Salary Rate: $86,784.00
