Senior Manager

Insure Technology is partnering with a globally recognized enterprise organization to hire a Senior Manager, Product – Finance for a major SAP S/4

HANA transformation based in Atlanta.

This is not a back-office ERP role. It is a high-visibility product leadership opportunity for someone who knows Finance, understands SAP S/4

HANA Record to Report Payables, and can help a large enterprise make smarter decisions about what gets built, why it matters, and how value is measured.

You will help lead the Core Finance product roadmap, partnering closely with Finance, Technology, Architecture, Transformation, Engineering, Supply Chain, and SAP consulting partners. Your work will center on translating business needs into scalable SAP-enabled solutions, building strong business cases, and keeping product decisions tied to measurable enterprise value.

This role is based in Atlanta and requires regular in-office collaboration. For the right person, that proximity matters. You will be close to senior leaders, transformation decisions, product teams, and the business partners driving one of the company’s most important modernization efforts.

• Contribute to shaping the Core Finance product roadmap for a major SAP S/4
  
  HANA enterprise transformation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers operating within a product-centric model.
• Build clear, data-backed business cases to support prioritization and investment decisions.
• Diplomatically challenge business requests when they do not align to value, scalability, or enterprise priorities.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transformation, and SAP consulting partners to define smart, scalable solutions.
• Hold SAP consulting partners accountable to scope, quality, timelines, and solution discipline.
• Help prevent unnecessary customization and over-configuration by steering teams toward scalable, best-practice SAP solutions.
• Champion value-driven decision-making, ensuring features and enhancements are tied to measurable outcomes.
• Guide post-implementation optimization, KPI tracking, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, decisions, and delivery momentum.

• Background as a management consultant, product consultant, SAP consultant, or finance transformation leader.
• Strong leadership experience overseeing product teams in large, enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep Finance process knowledge across areas such as Record-to-Report, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Financial Close, Reporting, and related finance operations.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA (AP, MM), with the confidence to challenge consultants and guide teams toward scalable solutions.
• Experience living through at least one successful S/4
  
  HANA implementation
• Product management experience in an Agile, product-centric, or enterprise technology environment.
• Proven ability to use metrics, customer value, operational impact, and ROI modeling to drive prioritization.
• Ability to translate complex Finance needs into practical, scalable SAP-enabled product solutions.
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and guide cross-functional partners with diplomacy and clarity.
