WhatYou'll Do
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Digital, Data, and AI, you’ll turn insights into action, implementing digital and AI‑based solutions to unlock client value and shape their technological future. You’ll lead stakeholder conversations, translate workshop insights into sourcing strategies, and deliver confident, business‑critical recommendations.
- Lead and deliver strategic Data & AI engagements, owning end‑to‑end delivery of advanced analytics and AI projects across procurement and supply chain use cases.
- Engage with digital, IT, and business leadership through senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops, translating complex data and AI concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Turn data into decisions by designing and executing analytical solutions—from data pipelines and dashboards to predictive models and AI‑enabled tools.
- Shape the evolution of Data Analytics & AI by driving new digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to new work by playing a key role in business development, proposals, client pitches, and opportunity assessments.
- Support and scale expertise by mentoring junior team members and leading project teams.
- Build and maintain knowledge assets, leading creation of internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Shape our internal community by owning roles within the Data, Analytics & AI community, supporting recruitment, capability building, training, and practice growth.
- 5‑6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting with a strong track record of delivering client‑facing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of leading client engagements, managing teams, and driving project outcomes in data and analytics contexts.
- Strong experience with data analysis, visualization, and transformation tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel) and Python for analytics, automation, or AI workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern data ecosystems.
- Practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies (LLMs, APIs, retrieval‑based systems, workflow orchestration tools) and their business applications.
- Ability to translate complex business problems, especially in procurement and supply chain, into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business audiences.
- Results‑driven mindset with a proactive, ownership‑oriented approach.
- Business‑fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

- Competitive base salary—$200,000 for Project Manager, $210,000 for Senior Project Manager.
