Overview
Designs, supports and maintains all system interfaces at Northside Hospital. Maintains a thorough knowledge of all interfaced applications; ensures all interfaces are of sound technical design and meet all user requirements.
ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee the work of team members supporting SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Entra .
- Understand the architecture of SharePoint On‑Prem (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online, including site architecture, permissions, and hub sites.
- Manage Teams lifecycle, channels, file structures, policies, and integration with SharePoint.
- Knowledge and experience on Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Entra .
- Knowledge and experience with SPFx, REST API, CSOM/JSOM, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML/CSS, and JSON.
- Lead and execute SharePoint migrations, including analysis, restructuring, and validation.
- Use Power Shell and PnP Power Shell for administration and reporting across on‑prem and M365.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to technical staff.
- Assign tasks, balance workloads, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, governance, and automation.
- Participate in planning and decision‑making for M365 and SharePoint initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
1. B.S. Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
2. Three (3) years experience with healthcare applications and interfaces.
3. One year programming experience.
4. Experience with UNIX, HL7, and TCP/IP Networking protocol.
5. Three (3) years experience with web application development experience.
6. Experience working in a team environment.
7. Two (3) years of Microsoft 365 experience, including tenant admin centers, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Automate.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and support team operations.
KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
1. Cloverleaf interface engine certification (Level I or II)
2. Four (4) or more years experience with interface development and support.
3. Excellent supervisory and project coordination skills.
4. Excellent communications and customer service skills.
5. Experience with basic computer technology such as PCs, software installs, Windows, Office, and network protocols.
6. Experience with core McKesson applications (Star, Pathways) and Interface Manager.
Work Hours8:30AM - 5:00PM
