Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

The Insights and Enablement team is a global team focused on ensuring that all of Services can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. The team is charged with managing and adapting the policies, processes and platforms used across Services.

* The Advertising Revenue Systems Manager, will drive systems projects for our Commerce Media group to build a best in class tech stack lead to cash along with design and adoption of productivity tools that serves the internal advertising business users across various personas. Within the existing and new tools this person will improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to the systems.

Additionally, support will include the execution of adoption campaigns, implementation of data improvement efforts, discovering and defining AI use cases, reporting, and assisting with testing updates and training initiatives. Our primary set of solutions sit on  and associated SaaS solutions that integrate into the sales process including but not limited to Marketing Cloud, Outreach, CPQ, Ironclad, Seismic, Certinia PSA, CSG and Order Management builds pushing data into tools such as SAP, Oracle, Single View, Tableau, and our Customer Advertising Platform.

We also have productivity tools such as MS Copilot, Alteryx, Seismic, Confluence, Outreach, Qualtrics that could be used to mobilize productivity of our Commerce Media user base.

Role

* Drive both large and incremental systems improvement efforts for Commerce Media across tools and platforms

* Partner with diverse teams and business lines to bring innovative systems to life and ensure best in class governance and processes are being used.

* Act as the bridge between business and tech stakeholders to collect business needs, write technical stories and work with technology teams and developers to test, validate and implement

* Collaborate with system engineering for systems projects including design and integration ensuring they function optimally and meet business needs.

* Provide training and support adoption to the systems' user base.

* Provide technical and process support for inquiries on systems and processes related to Commerce Media / Advertising business tools

* Support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns and general requests

* Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits

All About You

* BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education

* Specific experience building and supporting Advertising business lead to cash systems with and Advertising portal front end and Order Management backend preferred.
