Must possess 6+ years of experience in IT Software Product Management or Technical Product Ownership. Must have strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Must have experience managing enterprise software products related to MDM/PIM platforms including: STIBO STEP Informatica MDM Riversand Syndigo Similar Enterprise MDM/PIM solutions

Must have a solid understanding of:
Product Catalog Management Product Data Management Data Governance

Must have experience creating and managing:
Product Roadmaps Product Backlogs Epics User Stories Acceptance Criteria Must have experience working directly with Engineering, Architecture, Business, UX, Operations, and Data Governance teams. Must possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Automotive Aftermarket, Retail, B2B Commerce, or eCommerce experience is highly preferred.

Own the product roadmap for Product Data, Catalog, and MDM/PIM platforms. Translate business objectives into scalable software solutions. Partner with Engineering teams to drive Agile delivery. Define and manage Product Backlogs, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Drive product discovery, prioritization, and release planning. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Data Governance teams. Support platform enhancements, integrations, APIs, and data workflows.

Define product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics. Support enterprise initiatives related to Product Catalog and Master Data Management. Represent Product Management during strategic planning and cross-functional discussions.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. 6+ years of IT Software Product Management or Technical Product Ownership experience. Strong Agile/Scrum experience. Experience managing enterprise MDM/PIM platforms including STIBO STEP, Informatica MDM, Riversand, Syndigo, or similar solutions. Experience writing Epics, User Stories, and managing Product Backlogs. Experience working with Engineering and Architecture teams. Strong understanding of Product Catalog, Product Data, and Data Governance processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance business priorities with technical product delivery.
