We are looking for a Data Product Manager to join our Data Products team within the Data organization. This role focuses on data initiatives related to the Risk, Trust and Operations business units, working with teams and stakeholders across the business to define next‑generation data products in a fast‑paced environment.
Game Plan- Collaborate with teams across the business to understand data challenges and opportunities, with a particular emphasis on Risk, Trust and Operations.
- Lead requirement elicitation through user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline program execution.
- Translate product roadmap features into clear product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering teams to deliver value through data.
- Maintain domain expertise on the product.
- Bring fresh ideas to solve business problems, using understanding of Risk, Trust and Operations to generate innovative solutions.
- Define solutions and approaches with Data Engineering teams.
- Drive sustainable evolution of data products available in Risk, Trust and Operations.
- 1‑2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering impactful data products.
- Experience with data warehouse and data pipeline technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience designing data strategies for automated and self‑service reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and reporting/visualization tools; familiarity with streaming and Lake House architecture preferred.
- Self‑starter able to work autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team.
- Exceptional analysis skills.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.
- High standards for individual accomplishment, driven to exceed goals.
- Self‑awareness and strong interpersonal skills; able to constructively challenge and actively listen.
