- Manage end‑to‑end enterprise architectures from conception through delivery into production.
- Partner with business and technology subject‑matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions.
- Lead the design and modeling of tactical architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects.
- Design both the physical and logical components of solution architectures that deliver a positive business outcome.
- Collaborate with other domain architects to provide consensus‑based scalable and adaptable architectural solutions.
- Oversee technical analysis and design capabilities.
- Facilitate technology design workshops for emerging technologies.
- Validate designs produced by third‑party vendors seeking to sell solutions to the organization.
- Align IT strategy and planning with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Promote the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and improve information flow.
- Collaborate on roadmaps to align IT priorities with business partner requirements and strategies.
- Build and maintain technical trusted advisor relationships with influential technical decision makers within Technology.
- Work with developers to ensure that technical solutions align with overall IT architecture frameworks and design guidelines.
- Work with Portfolio technology leaders to include technical debt initiatives in portfolio roadmaps.
- Oversee data integration and configuration.
- Provide consultation on the most complex projects.
- Lead the work of others.
- Partner across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk.
- Practice disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or services and ensuring appropriate updates to procedures, training, and controls are made accordingly.
This position is exempt from time‑keeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. It is incentive eligible.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field and ten (10) years of enterprise, solutions, and/or technical architecture experience.
- Experience with N‑tier architectures and complex design architectures.
- Experience with technical, application, and information architecture delivery techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile methods.
- Certifications in the technology domain of the enterprise.
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
- Understanding of and ability to use design patterns to steer business requirements into enterprise‑wide technical strategies.
- Awareness and ability to document designs using internal and external notation standards (BPMN, UML).
- Hands‑on knowledge of one or more popular programming languages such as Java, Go, C#, Rust, Python.
