Resiliency Analyst (Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery)

iSphere is looking for a Resiliency Analyst who enjoys helping organizations prepare for the unexpected. If you have experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Risk and enjoy working across business and technology teams to strengthen operational resilience, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you'll help develop, maintain, and improve the organization's Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs. You'll work with stakeholders across the business to identify risks, perform impact analyses, coordinate recovery planning, and support testing that ensures the organization is ready to respond when disruptions occur.
What They're Looking For- 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Risk, or a related resiliency role
- Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs)
- Experience performing risk assessments and identifying operational and technology risks
- Experience developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Experience coordinating recovery testing, tabletop exercises, and documenting results
- Knowledge of recovery objectives including RTOs and RPOs
- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST CSF, FFIEC, COBIT, or similar
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
- Launching or expanding enterprise resiliency programs
- Enterprise risk management initiatives
- Crisis management and incident response support
- Developing resilience metrics and reporting
- Regulatory compliance and governance programs
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional)
In this role you'll conduct business impact analyses, facilitate risk assessments, coordinate recovery planning with IT and business teams, support disaster recovery and business continuity testing, maintain critical documentation, monitor program metrics, identify opportunities to improve organizational resilience, and help ensure the business can recover quickly from disruptive events.
