• Lead AI & Data engagements for Life Sciences / Pharma clients, with emphasis on supply chain transformation, analytics, and digital enablement.
• Shape and deliver use cases across forecasting, inventory optimization, network visibility, planning analytics, intelligent automation, and control tower capabilities.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI, data, and digital solutions.
• Work across strategy, product, data, engineering, and client stakeholder groups to define solution approach and delivery plans.
• Advise clients on operating model implications, business value, roadmap sequencing, and adoption considerations for AI‑enabled transformation.
• Support broader AI & Data pursuits and engagements beyond supply chain or Life Sciences when needed.
• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives
• Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk
• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy‑in for proposed solutions
• Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input
• Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership
• Lead workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder sessions.
• Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to practice, offering, and go‑to‑market development.

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation
• 6+ years of experience in Life Sciences or pharmaceutical supply chain transformation projects
• 6+ years of experience with supply chain platforms such as SAP, Kinaxis, o9, Oracle, or Blue Yonder
• 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and delivering complex technology engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience leading executive presentations and client workshops for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Experience developing proposals or solution materials for data and analytics professional services engagements
• Experience creating client‑facing materials for workshops and interactive sessions
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
