Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise monitoring and observability solutions across hybrid, multi-cloud, and microservices environments. The role involves configuring Dynatrace, monitoring infrastructure and applications, troubleshooting performance issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, health checks, and monitoring standards.
- Monitor Windows/Linux servers, VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Monitor application performance, transaction flows, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Synthetic Monitoring.
- Support monitoring of databases, middleware, and network components.
- Troubleshoot performance and availability issues; provide RCA and incident support.
- Identify monitoring gaps and recommend improvements to alerting and observability.
- Integrate monitoring solutions with ITSM platforms and support automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or enterprise monitoring.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
- Experience with Windows/Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
- Experience with Power Shell or Bash scripting (preferred).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes/container monitoring.
- Understanding of ITIL practices.
- Dynatrace Administration and Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
- Infrastructure and Cloud Monitoring

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
