- Under general supervision, the ITS Trainer will work with end users and other personnel to coordinate testing and training for trainers on design and development of system initiatives
- Train on software applications or large-scale systems while also identifying areas of risk or for improvement on business processes
- Build relationships with business resources across all divisions within the Dept
- Facilitate meetings and work as a liaison between the business users and IT personnel on system changes
- Produce training or instructional videos and other training documents on system changes and upgrades
- Administers training for end users and other trainers
- Consults with vendors or technical staff to validate functionality and workflow for preparation of instructional or training documentation for communications to end users
- Identify training needs based on new system functionalities and/or changes in workflow or business processes
- Develop change management plans for transition to new or upgraded systems
- Documents business processes and create instructional documents for users of new or upgraded systems
- Track and report on system changes
- High School Diploma or GED AND 3 years of experience providing educational, training or instructional services in functional area (IT/IS, End User Support etc.)

Demonstrated ability to promote the team atmosphere, be inclusive of all team members, and work well with co‑workers & leadership - Experience working with cross‑functional teams in managing various initiatives, and bridging the gap between the business operations and technology teams
- Experience training on software applications or large-scale system implementations
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LMS
365 and Visio - Experience using SharePoint or similar software for sharing documentation
- Experience testing and coordinating testing of new installations and system upgrades
- Experience producing training or instructional videos and documents
