DMI, LLC Seeks a Jr. Network Engineer, Administrator
Position Location:
Atlanta, Georgia.
Minimum Salary Rate: $66,560.00. Median Salary Rate: $72,802.00.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in the management and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated systems, ensuring compliance with CDC standards.
- Support Active Directory administration, including user account creation, group policy application, and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform routine network troubleshooting tasks, such as workstation patching, basic router configurations, and port activation.
- Provide first‑level support for network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
- Assist with mobile device management, including configuration and troubleshooting using tools like Intune and Azure.
- Participate in emergency response efforts by ensuring basic network connectivity and support for remote personnel.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions in Service Now.
- Assist in generating reports on network performance, incidents, and compliance for analysis.
- High School Diploma; 3–4 years of experience.
