Join DMI to support mission-critical applications. This role provides operational support for enterprise applications by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring high application availability.

• Monitor enterprise applications to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal system performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents while meeting established service level agreements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Coordinate application deployments, maintenance windows, upgrades, and patch implementation activities.
• Support application configuration, testing, validation, and production releases.
• Document operational procedures, technical runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate incident, problem, and change records using Service Now.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and operational support activities when required.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in an Operations & Maintenance environment.
• Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and production support.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management principles.
• Experience using Service Now or comparable ITSM platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience supporting Federal government applications.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies, web services, APIs, and SQL databases.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
