Senior User Experience Designer

The Senior UX Designer will support a large UX organization by improving how UX, Product, and Engineering teams manage work, evaluate tools, standardize processes, and operate at scale.

This role will serve as a key point of contact across UX leadership and partner teams, helping manage incoming requests, improve intake and prioritization, support Product Center of Excellence initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology, AI, and automation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong user‑centered UX background along with experience in program management, Design Ops, UX operations, or product operations.

• Manage and coordinate incoming requests across UX leaders and partner teams
• Improve intake, prioritization, tracking, and communication processes
• Partner with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to align priorities and improve execution
• Help standardize processes, tools, documentation, and operating practices
• Support Product Center of Excellence initiatives
• Evaluate current and emerging tools and recommend improved capabilities
• Use Jira, Jira Align, or similar platforms to track work and improve visibility
• Support Agile delivery through user stories, story points, backlogs, and capacity planning
• Improve reporting and communication across UX, Product, and Engineering
• Use AI and automation to improve planning, documentation, research, and workflows
• Gather feedback from internal users, including designers, product managers, and developers
• Create clear recommendations, documentation, and process improvements

• Senior‑level UX design experience with strong understanding of user‑centered design
• Experience supporting UX, Product, and Engineering teams
• Experience in UX program management, Design Ops, UX operations, product operations, or program management
• Experience managing intake, prioritization, workflows, governance, or cross‑functional requests
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, or similar work‑management tools
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, user stories, story points, backlogs, and team capacity
• Experience improving standards, operating models, tools, or Center of Excellence programs
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or emerging tools that improve team efficiency
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
